Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund will be given for cancellation received prior to 2nd May 2019. No reimbursements will be made for cancellations after such date. "No shows" will not be reimbursed.

The refund request can be made by sending an email to AfirErm19@momedaeventi.com. The refund will be made with the same procedure applied for the payment (credit card or bank transfer).

It is possible to substitute a registered participant, provided that both the 2nd registrant name is notified in writing to AfirErm19@momedaeventi.com and he/she fills in his/her Registration Form.

Politica di Cancellazione e Rimborso

Si effettuerà il rimborso per cancellazioni ricevute prima del 2 Maggio 2019. Non sono previsti rimborsi per cancellazioni ricevute dopo tale data. I "NO SHOW" non saranno rimborsati.

La richiesta di rimborso può essere fatta inviando una mail a AfirErm19@momedaeventi.com. Il rimborso verrà effettuato sullo stesso mezzo utilizzato al momento della prenotazione (carta di credito o bonifico bancario).

È possibile la sostituzione di un partecipante registrato, ma solo per iscritto inviando una mail a AfirErm19@momedaeventi.com e compilando la scheda di iscrizione.
